Sewcation 2025

Sturbridge Sewcations are a wonderful way to sew, meet new friends, and have a great time. 
Join us for a year filled with creativity, camaraderie, and unforgettable sewing adventures! Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to enhance your skills and make lasting memories.

We'll kick off 2025 with our first Sewcation on January 10-12, 2025. Most Sewcations will start on Friday at 10 am and end on Sunday at 3 pm. We have also scheduled a a weekday Sewcation beginning on Monday at 10:00 and ending on Wednesday at 3:00 pm. Join us for days of sewing, games, fun and camaraderie in Sturbridge, MA. Sewcations are a time to bring your own projects to sew. It is not a teacher led retreat.

You are NOT required to stay at the Holiday Inn Express to register for Sewcations- but, it sure is convenient. The hotel has given us a special rate based on the published rate. If the published rate drops below our special rate, we will be given that rate.

We also have extended a few rooms for Thursday check ins. Please use code PWG for the Thursday reservation. Please note Sewcation will begin on Friday not Thursday. Once the block closes room rate will not be guaranteed. No exceptions, no begging.

Cancellation Policy 

Sewcation Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds will be issued due to cancellations. It has become very time consuming to track cancellations and credits. If you cannot attend a Sewcation, contact me since Sewcations have become very popular and we have waitlists. If you have a family emergency or illness exceptions may be made for a credit.
